We want you to be stoked on your ride, but if your gear isn't hitting the mark, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that complete bikes and framesets are subject to a restocking fee to ensure they are meticulously inspected for the next shredder.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Goods
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Inspection & Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
